Our Dobsonian serves a very clear purpose: to offer a large aperture and an excellent image quality at a reasonable cost. Set-up is very easy -  simply place the cradle mount on the ground, insert the telescope tube and you're ready to go! To navigate through the night sky, simply move the tube manually up or down, or from side to side.

Side bearings allow balance by simple adjustment when using heavier eyepieces or when attaching a camera.

This Dobsonian uses optical quality BK7 glass and comes complete with cooling fans built into the rear cell to decrease cooling times. A roller bearing on the azimuth surface provides support points for smooth swivel motion.

This deluxe model comes with 2" Micro 10:1 Crayford style focuser and 1.25" adapter.
